Unless otherwise announced, the Board will meet virtually via Teams. Please send an email to [email protected] the day of the Board meeting for the Teams meeting link.
Every 2nd Monday of the month:
Monday, Feb TBD - 8:30 PM
Monday, March 9th - 8:30 PM
Monday, April 13th - 8:30 PM
Monday, May 11th - 8:30 PM
The first portion of every Board meeting will include an open forum for club members to present any questions, comments or concerns. Board meetings are open for any VFSC member to attend.
If you are not a board member, you will be asked to leave for any confidential business that must be conducted during a closed session.
