Camp Refund Policy
More than 1 week before camp begins: 100% of camp ice fees will be refunded (minus the deposit).
7–1 days before camp begins: 50% of camp ice fees will be refunded (minus the deposit).
Once camp begins: No refunds will be issued.
Private Lessons:
Lessons canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice must be paid in full to the coach.
Medical Excuses:
With written documentation from a physician, a prorated refund will be issued
based on the number of camp days attended.
All refund requests must be submitted to and approved by the Camp Chair.

Please remember we are a volunteer-run organization, and we will respond as quickly as we can.
Volunteering:
If you are a member of VFSC and are registering a skater,
we require that you volunteer at least 2 hours during the camp or test session.
Test Session Policies
Non-Refundable Fees
Test fees are NON-REFUNDABLE without a written Doctor's note after Friday, October 10th, 2025.
Camp/Test Dance Partner
DANCE TESTERS: Partner practice ice will only be offered during the camp being held October 10-12, 2025.
Partner dance testers MUST register for the camp and sign up for at least ONE practice time with the dance partner they wish to test with. If skater fails to show up for the scheduled practice, they will be required to pay for it before they are allowed to test.
Partner practice ice will be assigned first come first serve, please register early for camp.
The partner practice fees are NOT included in the testing registration fee and are ALL due BEFORE testing.
Partner TEST FEE IS INCLUDED in registration.
Test Order & Contingent Tests
Certain tests must be taken in a specific order. It is the responsibility of skaters and coaches to know the USFS rules.
If you register for a contingent test and are unable to take it, your test fee will be forfeited.
Early Start Times
Test sessions may run ahead of schedule.
Skaters and coaches should be prepared to test up to one hour before their assigned time.
Registration Deadlines & Priority
Registration may close before the published deadline if the session is full.
Priority will be given to VFSC club members first, then by order of registration until the deadline or capacity is reached.
Communication & Schedule Updates
Please provide a valid email address when registering. Check both your email and the VFSC website for schedule updates.
USFSA Membership
At the time of the test, all applicants must be members in good standing of the USFSA.
Your USFSA number must be listed on the test application.
Permission Letters
If you are not a home club member of VFSC, you must upload a letter of permission from your home club’s Test Chair or President verifying that you are a member in good standing.
