VOLUNTEER HOURS for Valley Figure Skating Club

·       Club Requirements/Commitments:

·         Volunteer Hours – 25 hours is required by each skating family; 5 hrs. must be completed during the January test/competition weekend and 5 hours for the ice show. Introductory members- 15 hours total.

·         Members may "buy out" volunteer time for $500 annually($20/hr.). Unfulfilled hours are billed at $20/hr.

·                  Typical volunteer opportunities include:     

                       Annual Fox Cities Competition in January

·                                 Annual Spring Ice Show

                  Test Sessions- January, June and October

·                                    Fundraiser Committee / Events like Hanging Baskets & Poinsettia sales

·                                 Club event planning – Annual Banquet, Back-To-School night in September, Skate-a-thon

·                                     Be creative…we’re open to ideas!!
