I hereby give permission for
images of my child(ren), captured during regular and special Valley
Figure Skating Club activities through video, photo and digital
camera, to be used solely for the purposes of Valley Figure Skating
Club promotional Material, including but not exclusive to bulletin
board postings, website postings, and/or club publicity flyers, and
waive any rights of compensation or ownership thereto.
