New Business-
Intro to Club program- Amy A and Cathy - When we met with coaches about summer ice, the idea that Green Bay has an intro to club program came up. Amy and Cathy put together a rough proposal for consideration. The details still need to be worked out. Timing is critical since Tri County is done in a few weeks. The ice show may be another opportunity. Still need someone to administer the program. How do we get the coaches involved? Rachel Harvey may be an option for some capacity with coaching. She will be home from March-September.
Permission to talk to Learn to Skate classes Mary to cover Pat and one instructor each day
Cathy to cover the Beginning Blades team
Mary to cover Paula Popp for Inspiration
Identify someone to administer the program - Mary

Questions to ask Did you read the info on the program? Are you willing to show up at learn to skate classes to hand out info, can you take on some of these students for trial lessons
Ice Contracts- Debbie McCarthy volunteered. Thank you , Debbie! - We should see the ice contract on Tuesday which will take us from March 8 thru June 8
· Then we go to Cornerstone from June 14 July 7 Monday & Wednesday from 6-8
· Then back to Appleton Ice from July 12-August 31, Monday & Wednesday from 5-7
Request from Leah Justison for Team Sarah Timing is an issue, as the timing Leah suggested is a busy time for us with Ice Show. Mary B. to have Leah check on the ice schedule first to see what dates may be available. Girls would be given the opportunity to sign up for a small fee
First step is for Leah to check on ice availability
Other options may be to do a fund raiser at our ice show (e.g. for a small donation people get a breast cancer awareness pin)

Fundraising-
- PartyLite Candles- Hollie Trying to find a date to do a display at one of the rinks Hollie will follow up
- Candy Bars- Mary L & Debbie V Dont know yet how many boxes were ordered should have by first week of March lets order 3 extra boxes for the ice show
We will try to order the candy wrappers again this year with the Ice show name
Ice Show - May 7 & 8, 2010, AFIC
Questions have come up on whether we still expect the ice show to be a fund raiser. Costs are up, # of skaters is down.
Have Kathy consider corporate sponsorship
We need to try to make at least $2,000 on the show Mary B. to follow up with Kathy to clarify
Raffles will continue again this year
Lighting We can keep lighting costs down if we are not videotaping during a show. Can we only use some of the lights? Kathy to ask Dan about partial lighting.
Can we video the dress rehearsal instead of a performance and keep the house lights up for a better quality taping. Then the videos could be available for sale during the show.
